DB Executive Cars Ltd ("DB Executive Cars", "we", "us" or "our") is a private chauffeur and executive car hire company registered in England and Wales under company number 17374423, with our registered office at Axis 8, Axis Court, Riverside Business Park, Swansea Vale, Swansea, Wales, SA7 0AJ.

The information we collect

We only collect what we need to arrange and deliver your journey. Depending on how you get in touch, this may include:

• Contact details — your name, phone number and email address.
• Journey details — pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, flight numbers, and any additional stops.
• Booking preferences — vehicle choice, number of passengers, luggage, and any special requirements such as child seats, accessibility needs or a request for an NDA.
• Correspondence — the content of enquiries, emails or messages you send us.
• Billing information — for corporate accounts invoiced monthly, the business and billing contact details needed to raise an invoice. We do not take payment through this website, so we do not collect or store card details online.

How we collect it

We collect information directly from you — through the enquiry and booking form on this website, by email, or by phone — and, where relevant, from a third party making a booking on your behalf, such as an assistant, event planner or corporate travel booker.

How we use your information

We use your personal data to:

• respond to enquiries and check vehicle availability;
• confirm, manage and deliver your booking, including sharing the details your chauffeur needs to complete the journey safely;
• track flights for airport transfers so we can adjust collection times automatically;
• arrange any special requirements you have told us about;
• issue invoices and keep the financial records we are legally required to keep;
• respond to questions, complaints or feedback.

Our legal basis for using your data

We process your data because it is necessary to perform the booking contract between us, because we have a legitimate business interest in running our service and communicating with clients, or because we are required to by law, for example keeping financial records. Where we rely on consent, such as for optional marketing updates, you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where it is needed to run our service:

• with the chauffeur assigned to your journey;
• with service providers who support our business, such as our website host, form and email providers, and accountant, all of whom are only given the information they need;
• with regulators, courts or authorities where we are legally required to disclose it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and correspondence records for as long as needed to deliver our service and deal with any related query, and financial records for the period required by UK tax law, currently six years. We then delete or anonymise the data.

Cookies

This website may use a small number of essential cookies needed for it to function correctly, such as remembering the step you have reached in the booking form. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred elsewhere. Keeping your data secure

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold, and we limit access to it to the people who need it to do their job.

Children

Our service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Where a child travels with a parent or guardian and requires a child seat, we only use the information provided to arrange the correct equipment.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our service or the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
